Im not sure how they work in the new event, but im pretty sure during the "turn-in" the small pieces were actually worth better prizes then the large ones?

Someone will correct me if im wrong....just trying to keep you from selling the small ones to cheap.

I believe the smaller ones, being more rare, gave the greater rewards.
The Large Pieces, which could be mined up by anyone, even if they had
no Mining, gave the more common rewards.

But for the purposes of this event, one is no better than the other.
By having a piece in your backpack and casting Armageddon, you do
significant damage to the Shadowlords, and that is what gets you
the Cloak of Corruption.

whats the mods on the cloak? and why do they come out with all this usless blackrock [censored] like almost a year ago to just now come out with the event for it? so your telling me we need to hold onto all the useless [censored] from events for upto a year to realise its actually worth something?

the blackrock is only good for
armegetton... do you guys remember when you guys blew your selfs up with it??
also...
it doesnt matter big rock or small rock
its does 2500 damage to the shadowlord (etherial form)
per rock....
now if cast this spell 3 times and use 3 rocks on it
it should be dead but for some reason you cant go below 1000 health on the shadow lord...
now the cloaks dont have any mods...
it just slowly kills you.....

The Cloak has no mods, other than sucking your life, mana and stamina away.
And you don't need the BR, just having it makes taking down the Shadowlords
easier. And fyi, most of the BR I have I just mined up in the last week.

Apparently it can also replenish your mana infinitely somehow.

I'm sure there will be some for sale eventually. But as the event is still going
on, and the Cloaks are still available, might not be for a time yet.

Apparently, from what I have seen, each time you cast Armageddon, the
damage done is 50% of the Shadowlord's current health. Which apparently
means a fully healthy SL has 50k health.
