Blackrock stew Quest

I been trying to get the recipe for Blackrock stew.
When (Bane Chosen Bounty Collector) came out I
try to do the quest and got my 2000 loyalty points.
But there was no one to talk to so I could turn my points in to.

Now I been trying to get the stew again by doing the
quest (Dish Best Served Cold) I need 5000 loyalty points
to the Ophidians.. But now I can’t find the Bane Chosen
to kill..

uoguild.com tells me there in T2A but, I looked all over in there
but to no luck. There not in there.

Anyone knows anything about this quest?
Does siege get to do these quests?
Am I missing something?

I should let you know I am doing this on 2 separate accounts

The bane chosen have come and gone on all shards. The event has been over for awhile now. We managed to get the final live event but that didn't go to well lol

They kept the bane dragons in Abyss, but as I'm aware all the bane chosen left with VirtueBane.

Looks like you're just a bit too late

As far as i know only like 3 people got the recipe including petra fyde. I think another was a GIL member but not sure who.

It costs me 10000 gold for a stew from Petra's vendors (if she has any).
The bane dragon requires stew every 24 hours or it hits for only 75% power, poison hit strike 90% less often (thats then the monster hits the bane and gets auto poisoned), and doesn't deadly poison at all unless it casts the poison. The spam if gives when it requires stew isn't worth it being on the screen, its almost as bad as the damn luna trash can.

Bottom line I don't use the bane unless its a group event or I do spawns and the champ is going to be targeting the bane first. Otherwize it's a overpriced toy that sits in my stalls as a unfinished 6 GM.
