does blackrock still some up when you mine?

yes they do as of yesterday the 27th. Today with the blackrock event suppose to happen I dont know.

Blackrock never stopped spawning. The Blackrock elementals(however) stopped spawning for valentines day.

about 20 min ago, I mined up a small piece of Blackrock, so yes.
