Blackrock in houses?

Does anyone know if people can use the armageddon spell to blow up locked down blackrock in a house?

Just curious because I plan on locking some down..

AND!..

on a side note.. Do lockdown firecrackers still blow up when other ones are exploded?

Once they are locked down, they loose their "fun" properties.
Until they are unlocked on course.

firecrackers are not safe though...locked down or not, i think they can be blown up
