Blackrock event tonight

Whos going!

And who isn't - if you aren't going, can somebody sell me their blackrock they don't want? I'm running low!

Oh and if anyone is selling ophidian orders, snake skins, rations, all that other stuff, i'll buy that too - but mainly blackrock (having lost a bunch of it recently).

Can you believe it? Finally there is going to be a use for these damn things!!

I have a little blackrock

But we mustn't be late. Tonight's 'event' as far as I can gather, simply involves dropping our blackrock into a container of some kind to get the machine started. Total time it lasts measured in minutes. 2 minutes after the 9pm start and we'll have missed it.

We don't want to do that, because missing the first part = less to happen in the second part.

We drop all our blackrock tonight and tomorrow we fight for the good side and get some nice uber pressies??

Or we drop just some blackrock tonight and tomorrow we drop the rest of the black rock and then fight for the good side?

blackrock both nights.

As far as I can gather, we contribute tonight to try to get the machine started, but it won't work.

The information does say not much will happen the first night, so I wasn't surprised when people said it only lasted a couple of minutes.

Main difficulty for me is, the darn clocks go forward Sunday am, so although the time is 9pm GMT both days, on the second day we won't be on GMT, we'll be on BST, and whatever daylight saving time set up is in your country, wherever you are.

If I got this right then day 2 is the one that matters.

Although those who attend at both day 1 and day 2 are supposted to get some "extra treat" or something...

Reading the information from the event last night on American shards my advice is:

Clear all superfluous items from your pack
Check your bank balance (one player reported having 53 death robes).

I made a few enquiries on behalf of those of us who won't be able to make it tonight, for one reason or another.

There is an aftermath to this main event, ongoing. You will be able to take part in that, you will be able to get the items that are being dropped.

Also i still do not get why you would have to turn in blackrocks in part 2?

On the american shards there was no point where you were asked to give away your blackrocks.

Blackrock wasnt used for turn-in (not yet anyway) but from what i have read - it can be used to gain items easily
