Looking to buy a black staff with 20 ssi, 40 di, and 40 hsl.

Still looking for this...I could work my carpenter up to gm, but I am far away from being able to imbue all these things. TBH, I probably need 20 ssi/40 di/40 hsl/40 hml, but I don't know how doable (or expensive) that will be.
