I've always wondered what these pieces would go for, I have never seen any on vendors so I thought they had some sort of rarity.

Are they black rubble garbage/powder/dirt?

ive seen them from 50-100k in luna on atl... not rare, I had a bunch but lost it due to the fact I could never see it.
