I have 4 Black Hedges for sale, Two Tall, Two Short.

Will sell them as hedges or your choice of topiary.

They're currently stocked as hedges on a vendor at Mystic Garden. Vendor name is 'Hedges/Topiarys.' I'll be glad to turn them into topiarys for you if you don't have the rustic upgrade.
There are teleport tiles at the hub across the road from Goodman's Rune Library and Red and Purple Mini Mall.
