Just to note, there are two types of Black Dye Tubs. The first are the ones from the old days, which is what you are picturing here, and do not have the [Blessed] tag but are blessed ("newbified"). The other type, with the [Blessed] tag, is from first year Veteran Rewards.
All players, regardless of account age, can use both versions of the Black Dye Tub.
