for 2 days it said there was a billing problem.. credit card was paid nothing funky.. than randomly it let me log on.. i was on for maybe an hour and a half before i crashed (casting spell trigger.. look into that might need fixing..) soon as i tried to log on it brought up the billing screen again... wtf

When you log into your account manage screen. You use the drop down window to select your account _uo
It should be by default on the subscription tab, but if not click that and make sure your account is active.
If all that is correct, probaly try contacting them.
An active account will have an start date on which it has been billed, and an ending date on which it will need another payment.
