So, who do we contact now about billing issues? You click the support link on the account page and it 404s.

If you are having problems with Billing Issue, is EA/Origin that handle that, and you can call them (more like they will call you)

I accidentally activated an old account instead of upping my main one. I need to see if they will help me out with that.

I would suggest calling, I used Broadswords Contact us link, and sent an email about something. It was over 3 wks ago, no response whatsoever.

They won't. Been there. Done that. Oops. LOL

They DO, but If you logged on the "Wrong" Account for few Hours, they will say that you used the account for few hours and so sorry!!
But if you activated the wrong one and realized the moment you login and log out, they can probably transfer the credit to the other!!!
