Hopefully, I won't get in trouble for mentioning a GM in a positive light, but I'd like to give some kudos to GM Labuc. One of my favorite prepatch paintings became locked outside my home because I forgot to remove it before customizing. It was a cool painting that becomes unhighlighted when it is a certain direction and essentially becomes part of the landscape... so I couldn't pick it up. He was able to get it back in my possession. Very helpful, quick and fantastic attitude.
