I know its an odd find, but would love the following
Faster Cast Recovery: 3
Spell Damage Increase: 15+ (would love 18)
Combined total of 40+ skill points in any combination of:
Magery
Eval
Necro
Spirit Speak
Meditation

Most importantly a non-antique item.
