Edit: In GOLD adds 70% intensity
Fewer available properties, 2 of which are automatically 100% (SC-1, and FC1)
... and the properties they do have have a smaller range of values:
DI has the highest range of 15 (7% per point)
Durability and Lower Reqs have a range of 10 (10% per point)
and Self-Repair only has a range of 5 (20% per point)

Haven't tested it, just seemed like it'd be good in theory. Tested: use GOLD ingots.
