I like the katana.....but a good cleaver or skinning knife isn't bad.
I haven't played a Swords PvPer in a very long time, but I'm hearing Wakizashi's do something spectacular (no idea what haven't looked yet), then there's the usual, Bokuto, No Dashi, personally I like Pick Axes for Disarm/Double Strike. Seen people using Broadswords for AI. As ever it's all about the specials you deliver, and most people are just using Splintering Weapon anyway.
