[Price Check] Best Non Legendary Ring Ever??

I know it isn't Legendary...but I felt like it was still a pretty darn good ring. It is on LA..But I will have it on ATL soon if someone wants it. I would like to make sure its worth something..so if you have an idea please let me know. I don't deal in this stuff regularly...so I could be wrong. But If I played my dexxer ever then these are the stats I would be looking for. This is for a price check...but I do intend to sell it. Comment, PM, or ICQ(in sig). Thanks for the help.

It dont have ep which kills it man, well for pvp anyways plus its a garg ring and most garg's are throwers, i'd say its worth about 20m
