What one of the new end tree talents is the best one?

Is it Endless Rage allowing you to bash away forever with special attacks?

Is it Rampage that makes you bash monsters harder and harder?

Or is it Devastate that keeps a monsters armor down and their attention on you instead of the Mage thats landing critical hit after critical hit?
