[Fishing] Best Boat?

I saw a post a while back but now that I search I cannot find it...

I was wondering what the best ship was to fight pirates?

I remember the post said something about how the Brit ship is not as good as the [forgot which ship] because although the brit ship has more cannons it is too slow at making passes.

So which ship is best to blow pirates out of the water?

For Fishing the Tokuno boat gives a slight bonus.

For pirate hunting, both the orc ship and the gargoyle ship have three weapon pads per side, so are better in that regard. Beyond that, it's just a matter of appearance, IMO.

If you like high speed: legacy boat
If you want to fishing: tokuno ship
If you go to pirate hunting: orc ship (+50% extra damage = spare ammo )
If you want to trash some money: britannian ship

Is Garg Ship a Legacy Boat? or do you mean Legacy as in original boats?

Also why is Tokuno the best for straight fishing?

tokuno ship gives a +1 to effective fishing skill, much like the Ter Mur Royal City soulforges give bonuses to effective Imbuing skill (+1 for the questgiver one, +3 for the Queen's), without it actually being displayed.
