Besides Events, What Other Rares Have Been Added Last Few Years?

Does anyone know of rares that have been created either intentionally or by mistake in the past several years? Stuff that was forgotten to be locked down (this would include setting up for an event) or from a publish forgetting to lock down or bugs or anything?

I am just wondering.

Yes:

1. a few items were created by renegade EMs before being fired but items remained.
2. Green acres was accidentally opened for players and few items were looted about a year ago.
3. some items were left unlocked few years back during events but it's been over 1-2 years since that has happened. Now all new set-up items for events are static.

Any item an EM places now is world anchored and only they or another of equal privileges can pick it back up, unless the unlock it.

they are all supposed to auto-lockdown but this doesnt happen all the time. like when the arirang EM dropped the item in the EM hall and someone picked it up. Luckily the person was nice enough to give it back to the EM or it would have been very embarrassing for poor EM Hanarin.

Mesanna can also be a bit sloppy. ive heard of things being picked up, but doubt people who had them would come forward for fear of deletion.

The only item i can think of that was created "by mistake" was "ophidian dung" it was meant to be deco / plot enhancement but could be picked up. relatively low numbers tho because of all the mobs in the area and not many people realized it.

i picked up the glacial dice mesanna set down a few years ago on LA for her roulette. i gave it back. didnt even get a thank you. i should have kept the unique item.
