Been out of game for a while, Back after a Year! Help!

Hi there,
Started playing back in 99 but lost interest really after puc 16.....
well i was bored yesterday so i blew the dust of my UO CD and installed...
most of my chars were still there but my thief Demuti was gone! so i made a new char, started with stealing / snooping then descovered that one of my other chars had an advanced char token as some reward so used the ninja template! also it is showing in my paperdoll that my account is only 60 months old, strange

now i am thinging that as inurance has sucked the balls out of stealing my old wrestle disarm template i used seems out of date somewhat, i loved running up to some gimp, pop disarm, hit steal last target, 1 unhappy dexxer so here is what i am thinking of going with

100 Ninjitsu
110 (possibly 120) stealing
100 Snoop
100 Hiding
110 Stealth
100 Resist

now for my final skill i am honestly not sure! i was thinkinh magery for help with tele hiding but what i was going to ask is i hear that these ninja stars are nice with DP, would poisoning be a good choise? i had a poison fencer and used to own ass with him.

any sugestions welcome,
P.S i play on Europa and am looking for items to help my char along, anyone with anything good for sale ??? i don't have loads, only a couple mil.

It is always nice to have 120 stealing anyway you can get it.

You should also look in to the +skill items to save skill point space.

Burglars bandanna, and shadow dancer leggings are nice.

with the ninja stars ( i know they called shiruken or something but wasn't sure of spelling, please correct if wrong

if you have poisoning skill does it still boost the level of poison applied to the stars at higher levels?

if so i take poisoning and possible drop resist and add in Gm magery

I believe your poisoning skill would allow for lethal poison..

Someone correct me if im wrong but I dont think poison is as effective as it used to be. Orange petals and the ridiculous Enhance Potion on jewelry has dimished poisoning..... i may be wrong as I haven't used in cpl years..

Poisons have indeed been weakened to very poor help. To easy to cure- it is nice assist, but in my humble opinion not worth the extra 100 points.

I have heard that with necro, you may curse your target to increase poison level or damage, and then use shuriken, to receive lethal poison level, but this one does not play necro so have no experience.

I do not know, but suppose necro would be more versatile then simple poisoning- you could boost poison and have other abilities. But to successfuly do this, you would probably need also the spirit speak.

I have heard of other thieves appreciating necro abilities.
