We still have several cities open that can be governed.
These cities are:
New Magincia, Minoc, Vesper,and Yew.
If you are interested in becoming Governor at this time, King Blackthorn can name you as Governor of one of the Cities. You must be adored in the city to become Governor.
Below is a short outline of some of the responsibilities and duties of Governor.
*Governors will be required to attend a monthly council meeting with King Blackthorn.
*Governors can grant titles to players who are citizens of the city they
are governing.
*Governors can open trade deals with NPC guilds.
*Trade deals can be changed once per real world week and persit indefinitely
*Citizens of your city can utilize the trade deal by going to the stone and selecting "Utilize Trade Deal" from the menu.
Trade Deals Include:
Guild of Arcane Arts: +5% SDI
Society of Clothiers: +1% bump to all resists
Bardic Collegium: +1 FC
Order of Engineers: +3 Dexterity Bonus
Guild of Healers: 5% Bandage healing Bonus
Maritime Guild: +2 HPR
Merchants Association: +2 MR
(The buffs on these will not exceed caps)
These deals can be utilized for 24 hrs after visiting the stone.
*Governors will sit in a designated seat at the public council Meetings at Castle Blackthorn
* Governors may petition the Crown for city improvements. Improvements maybe simple such as a garden in town, or something large like bolstered City defenses if needed.
*Renouncing your citizen ship, Char Transfers, or falling into a negative in your loyalty will cause a automatic removal of Governorship
