I go back and fourth in my head about selling this. I haven't owned it long but having hld+ fireball really is a beast for the Splinter Nox Mage template, and the 100% elemental damage adds a couple damage points when cursed.
Almost never seen with Both Hit spell and Hit Lower Defense.... Let alone it is 100% Fire damage (enhanced)
