Be Careful with character copy, Lost Pets

Did a character copy with 2 bonded vollems from a crystal out of stable next to me and both got deleted,gms checked couldnt find them, would advise you to put pets away before you character copy

I wonder if this is an issue regarding any summoned pets from crystals. That sucks :/

I have been using old named Jade Characters but have noticed at times, something going wonky with my Jade/Tamer pets. They would vanish. To get the pets back you can log out and back in and they should be beside you when you log back in.

Char copy and shard shields have the same restrictions I thought. I have tried Char Copy and Shield Xfer mounted and it would not allow me to Xfer and I also tried to take some packies with me and it would not allow that either. I was told both times to dismount and stable my pets. Are you talking your home shard or TC that you are missing your pets?
