Battle Chicken Egg Colours

erm, does anyone know for sure how many colours there are

the reason i ask is, stratics shows 20,the other site shows 12, it seems i have 21 diff colours?

I think Stratics is right, they have 20 colours but haven't included the default colour chicken, Hence your 21.

I'm pretty sure it's 20, plus the normal spawning chicken lizard, and the designer was pretty clear too, Sakkarah's comment seems pretty definitive ;

Now since it's UO, there might maybe be a slight chance of another having been included accidentally, although I've never noticed one through all those I've raised, traded or watched in the League fights. I'm afraid I suspect Jack's eyesight is doing what mine does regularly, and two of the closer shades are misleading him - easily done when the background colour they are standing against is not the consistent when you look at the a few over time...

Otherwise though, the only way to confirm is probably to give Jack a rather fiddly job of making and posting pictures of his bunch, all against the same neutral colour background, and seeing what the results are.

I would like for them to add more colors but make them rare and ultra rare. I would like to have a goal trying to collect them I think that would be fun. Even better the rare egg colors each Battle chicken has a different special ability so there be even more differential than just color. Either way rare color would be fun and something to shoot for. Rare color and seperate abilities per color even double the fun.

I had four battle chicks fight a water ele today. They were fairly well trained but I let them have at it with no healing. Two died and two did not die. They are great for vorpal buns though and for fire buns too I imagine.

I want the tax kit to work on them so I can keep my favorite one on my desk. Not to large statue that retains the color. Try using 5 trained ones with a discord. Their stats are not to far off from the frenzy and require no taming. If your with a buddy that can do any needed rezing while his GD acts as a meatshield a set are a must for any pure mage bard. They listen better then an EV.
