Bare x'mas trees

My x'mas tree deed now only have the bare x'mas trees listed on them. so I took it that it was so that we could use the tree all year around. But my trees keep re-deeding at server each day.
Is being able to set then unintended? or is it just a bug in the game?

They coded them wrong. I believe the server still reads them as christmas trees and redeeds them at server up. Its a real pain, they are so nice too.
