So, they added the Ability to switch from one master to another after you've done the quests by Single Clicking on the Book. The Only issue is that once you get onto the Discord Path, it only gives you the option to change the Type of Damage the Masteries Do, Doesn't give you the option to switch Back.

I am using the Disco master and have both options at the bottom of my list when I single click the book.

You can switch once every 10 minutes.
If you recently switched, you won't be able to switch again immediately.
