bard mastery question

do i need to have 90 real skill to get and use the bard mastery, or can i use jewels to boost my way up there.

i was thinking about getting myself to 60 provocation, using jewels to boost myself to 90 get bardmastery and get to 120 from there.

was wondering if that works

I'm fairly sure it needs real skill. You could find out by trying it on TC, Imbue some +10 jewels perhaps.

Yep hes right it takes 90 real skill to even get the quest
