yep, new bank up on Origin, designed by Dhara

but there is a little issue of plants falling thru the roof, so maybe they're trying to get that all squared away

I suspect they were just doing some testing with the design on origin. The back room is still not finished, the bulletin board has been taken down, the stable is not a working version, the moongate is not there, and there is no plaque of any kind with my name on it so I am thinking someone tried a few things to see how it would work out, found some issues and now they are working on it.

That's my guess anyway. It would be nice if someone would login and give us a quick update.
