isnt the bank system of UO very odd?

why can a vendor hold gold without checks but in the bank i must put in checks?

so the vendor seems to be the better bank.

i think its time to make the bank system more modern, let the bank hold gold like a vendor, even make gold transferable from one account to another without a check while trading?

I agree, I think the bank should have a function similar to vendors money holding.

Its not like the old days where having a few million you were rich as can be.
Many newer players have over 100million at a time now.
Gold is too abundant.

Hmm, good idea to make gold to be hold as just a value.
When check placed in bank, ask about to invest money to bank account.
Gold will be added automaticaly when placed in bank box.

But if placed inside any container in bankbox, will stay as is.
