Bandage self in SA client ?

i dont see how to do it not listed under actions am i missing it ?

Go to macro creation screen, drag bandages in, go to actions, drag target self icon in. I think.

This is how....
Drag the bandages into a hot bar.
Right click the bandage hot bar box. Select target self.
Right click on that box again and bind a key to it. (or your mouse wheel button, or one of your mouse thumb buttons if you have them)
Done.
You will now see a little timer count down in that box when using the bandie.

...and make sure you have Legacy Targeting turned off, or you cannot set targets with the hotbar slots.
