Balhae?

Anyone transferring from Balhae to Napa by chance? I know it's a long shot, but I have just the ring I need on Balhae. It's:

DCI 10
LMC 6
DI 19
Fire 15

And I bought it for like 10k..... but I need to get it to Napa!


If anyone can help, that would be awesome, the odds are low but nothing asked nothing gained, right?

About a month ago could of got it here in a round about way. Moved a Char from Balhae to Baja (when all the guys from Napa were there PvP'ng) & could of helped, but that isn't any help now. I do know a Napa person there still, let me ask her if she plans on staying or moving & I'll let ya know.

Thanks a lot for the reply. Unfortunately, I did have it a month ago, but was lazy about posting and just got around to it. Ah well.
