Does BALAKAI STAFF come in wand form? Not the long dry looking warped dildo stick form.

Uowiki page shows two graphics, hence I assume there's a remote possibility.

Pls advise? TYTY.

If you go onto Test Center and get the arties there is a wand version of it (see pic) but I don't think it ever made it onto production shards sadly.
