[Fishing] BAit Problems?

Bait Mix Ups,
When i use high end bait,Bait Suit,Junk proof hook, and fish for Samuri Fish or Abbsamal i do not catch them. Instead i catch Koi Or Summer. anyone else experinceing this?
Really sucks cuse i like my specials and work hard to get baits for them...

It's only be about a 3x or 4x boost, unfortunately the chance of catching a rare fish appears to be less than 1% even before the bait (and maybe after).

I finally caught 2 Kingfish in the last week, without bait, despite having not caught any in the months since I got to 120 up till then.

Silly Bait still is wack, sigh....
Any news from anyone one just a little word on taking a look at least?
