bag not breaking - lock down unused tile?

I recently moved and tried locking down my unused tile and breaking the bag. It wont break. It's in a pouch. I think that's what i used the first time I locked it down?
I tried breaking other things - pouch, bag, and it wouldn't break.
Has there been a change? how do i transfer the tile to a different bag? or get it locked down?

I just tried and had no problem breaking pouches and bags, just make sure your bag isnt locked down and your house owner

Just a quick Q.. how did you get it in a bag?? I've seen em about but never been able to pick up..

i think they were stealable at one time. I just bought mine off someone, so it came in a bag
