Hail and well met!
I apologize for the lack of updates on my war against tyranny. Thankfully my cause hasn't needed much enforcement as of late. It seems as though my efforts are working. The tyrants and brigands have abandoned those that oppose the council and rarely do I find villains to stalk.
I did happen to find two evil souls that support the dastardly Minax. These vermin were wandering one of my cities as if they were rulers of the land. Believe it or not, I slayed them myself from full life to death one by one with shurikens and my trusty short bow. My ability to slay the wicked is unparalleled by any - and I challenge anyone to prove otherwise.
The Scribe was the first to go. Perhaps his name is "The Scribe" because he has Inscription for spell damage increase. I was unable to confirm this because he was dismissed before any damage could be dealt. I strike with furious anger.
I was able to track Travis and he was hiding like a coward. I swiftly revealed and dispatched him. I didn't realize that actual players could be snuffed out as easily as mongbats. I didn't understand it. How could they have the audacity to wander around my facet without expectations of being punished? I had to inquire.
It was a frenzy of Player vs Player combat talent and pure gut instinct. They perished so quickly that poor Travis didn't know what happened. The Scribe enlightened him.
Travis now realizes that perhaps it was a mistake to oppose the Council.
The whole time this discussion took place I hid in the shadows waiting for the precise moment to unleash the bottled up aggression that I felt. I followed and stalked them like Ricardo Leyva Ramirez. The time came. I felt it necessary to let them know that their allegiance to Minax was completely unacceptable.
They should know I've been called worse. They call me a "noob". If by "noob" they mean patriot of justice and reason then yes - I am a noob.
I offered them the same deal that I offer everyone. If you tithe to the council you make keep your allegiance and your life. I'm fair.
He retorts with an offer of gold? He doesn't have silver? Excuses are like poopy diapers, everyone has them... or maybe that's just babies, old people, and Deception.
Regardless, there is no bartering. It's 10k silver or the insurance I collect from killing you as many times as necessary.
And then he has the intrepidity to insult the council on top of not tithing??????
There was no way their downright blasphemy against the council would go unpunished. I was obsessed. I was seeking their insurance like Still Frame seeks acceptance on the Stratics Boards.
It touched my heart to finally learn the truth.
I felt some compassion for Scribe after knowing how he truely felt. Travis was another story. He wanted to check on his noble steed, Smoke, to make sure he was OK. Well he was, for about 1.4 seconds after we found him.
At first Travis found it funny, but when he realized that Smoke was gone for good and would burn in the firey depths of hell he quickly lost his cool.
Little did Scribe know how true his next statement would be for Travis.
Pursuing equitableness eternally,
Onyxia
