Back after about 2 years : Any changes to Spellweaving ?

I am considering coming back after a 2 years pause and was wondering whether in this time frame Spellweaving had changed much.

By the way, did they finally make it so that when having Gift of Life one can MOVE away from danger before actually pressing the resurrect button ?

I always HATED to have that resurrect button and be unable to use it because the danger that got me killed was right there by me still...........

The last time I used Gift of Life it seemed pretty much the same to me - only the momentum from running away would get my ghost a little way from whatever killed me! A better bet in these situations (although not quite so easy to obtain) is sacrifice. (You can run where you like as a ghost and, so long as you stay on the same server, get all except what the monster has stolen returned on rezzing.

Not that SW was very good when you did a focus alone but it was better than nothing. Now you need at least two people (yourself and one other) before you can get an arcane focus up.
