Back after 6 months away with work

I'm guessing it's going to take weeks to update myself with the changes that have been made whilst i've been away.
Were there any MONUMENTAL changes i should make myself aware of provisionally before i troll through the publishes?

I'm particulary intrested in any PVP changes whilst i've been away
