Axem still taking quest items and giving no rewards if you're overweight/full

Reported this months ago.. kinda bothers me that its still happening. At least now there's the loyalty to still get as well, but that's not much of a consolation when the item he took and gave you nothing for is one of those damned rare untranslated tomes...

I don't always keep track of how much is in my backpack, you know... it's not something I would have done on purpose, aside from maybe trying with pottery fragments just to see if it had been fixed yet or not. Also had other stuff on my mind, so it wasn't something i'd readily remember to watch for anyway.
