The Stat bonuses are the "bless" charges. When equipped the charges are automatically used as they wear off. Quite a few bless items are still around, but most players don't use them because the charges wear out too quickly to make it viable.
It was very creative to imbue it and you might find someone interested in purchasing it, just don't expect it to a windfall because after the charges wear off, all they have is a SC 15% DCI shield. I hope you find a buyer, but make sure you don't seem as if you are trying to deceive the buyer as the stat boost it gives is only temporary until the charges wear out.

again yes this shield is worthless as the other posters have said those mods are from the bless charges then once they are gone ur back to a very weak shield. Not trying to hurt your sale but buyers need to be informed since one that doesnt know much about these items would think you always get those mods and then can use the bless charges on top of those mods which isnt the case.
Nice to see people are dumb enought to imbue these kind of weapons. Guess they forgot that once charges are gone the bonuses go to -10. And yes its one of a kind cuz people aren't stupid enough to make it.
