average of 10 suits

I made 10 suits with Full 70 resists with LRC and manna regen,
to get a average of how much a suit might cost to make.
my prices are what i payed for the idoms.
So price might be more or less.

How much should I charge for doing a suit?
and if my prices are not right. please post and let me know

It looks to me like you need at least 100k- maybe 125? I dont know if you buy all your mats at retail or what- if you make your own residue and essence that would hold the price down.

I know 100k is a threshold for me of what I am willing to risk on day to day errands. Others are probably less price sensitive.

well as of now I have to buy all my goods. because i just cant keep my vendors full.
and it doesn't leave much time to run around and farm for goods

Yeah, it would be nice if there were more reliable sources of regular gems than buying them. T chests and gypsies help... but they still aren't very reliable.

I too would like to see some cost prices for different imbued suits, I had been trying to price mine right too, I will post my cost for making suits when I get home.
Maybe Petra can add it to the shop thread when we have the prices for different suits and maybe jewelry and weapon too.

I'm sure I'm selling some of mine to cheap too.

Sir, if your suits are selling out quickly then you're probably selling for too cheap. If you're one of the very few vendors supplying these then you have a lock on the market. Charge what you will. Don't ask what people think you should pay. Set your bar and make people pay what you want. If a suit costs me 90k to make, just from materials You better bet I'll be charging at least half on top... So 130-150k per suit. No one knows if you farmed up materials, purchased or what. You're the supplier, they are the customer. If you notice yoru vendor lacking. Bring your prices down. but as you say, you cannot keep it stocked.... you're probably charging too low.

I had not counted what I use the way you have but what it would cost without fails. To that I add 50% to get my sale price.

I always add resist last and I'm not all sure how much I use but I think you is right, it's around 20-25k for 5x70 and I will think 10-15k for 5x60.

I do not use as much as you for 100 LRC unless I add it last, the last mod will always around 50% more as it fail more. I add 17 lrc on 6 pieces.

I only count 500gp for Essence as Freja farm for unraw. Same with Luck resource, 500gp each.

Then I fear you may be loosing money and if we sell to low, it may be hard for new imbuers to make it.

If we can find some prices we can agree about, that still are cheap but we also make money, then it will be easier both for the buyers and us I think.

I will try to add more mods to my list, also some of the expensive one.

It will also give the customers and idea about what choices they have if they have 100k or 200k or maybe more to put in a suit.

How do you get so high a price for a suit with LRC-100, MR-6, Resist 5x70?
I only get a price of 78k with 50% to fail and profit.

Only if I add 100% to fail and profit can I get close to your 120k
The resources to LRC is cheap and yes I only count 500g for essence but still not near your price.

mana increase 7 on all pieces
All 70s resists preferably 75 in fire and poison

Mana Increase 7 on all pieces
Hit Point increase on all pieces
All 70s preferably 75 in fire and poison

Price to be determined by the Imbuer

Your profit margins are much too low, even in your new calculations.

If for example, you make a 120k suit, and your profit margin is only 3k gold, that suit better sell the very same day, else vendor fees will break you.

120k suit = 720 gold per day that it sits on vendor. If it sits there 5 days, you're paying 3600 gold to the vendor, and you just lost 600 gold for making the suit... now what if it continues to sit there?

They are flying off the shelf now, but thats because you're practically giving them away... when you fix the prices, they will move slower, and vendor fees become an issue.
