.....the fabled GM? My dolphin rug still isn't working after 10 days now, I believe, so I page a GM......any idea of how long they take these days? Thanks guys.

I've waited a really really long time on GMs. Days.... I usually give up after a couple days and email Mesanna. A couple days is long enough to wait on these guys to show up. I'm sure they have a lot of high level things to deal with but everyone deserves some attention regardless of their issue.

The GM's actually have a competition to see who can wait the longest before answering a UO ticket.

In the last couple of years I have had responses within an hour and up to 4 days.

I once had an issue with a transfer token I think it was. They showed up instantly lol. But that was the only time. Maybe page about a transfer token and then hand them the rug But once you get one they'll spend an hour with you lol. They certainly do their best to resolve your issue and make sure your happy before they move along.

The sad part is, I don't have hours.....I can get online for maybe an hour before work.......

1-2 hours ..they pretty quick...u need to hit them 9-5 central usa time... they are not on shifts!!!

i paged one on siege last night, 2 hours after he showed up, i was cool with that

I believe the Advisors have an "in" with the GM's. Might try that if your shard has them and you can catch one of them online.
