I'd say for a very high end dread 65 is probably reasonable.

I sold a mid-grade for 35 mil. Mine was 600 HP and mediocre resists.

I'd need to know your mare's resists to give you the best estimate, but assuming they are just average I would price yours at 45 mil. If you trained magery up to GM I'd say you could get 50-55 for it.
