If the buyout is met; the xfer is free. To the winner: Will xfer to any shard but will charge an additional 20 mill to xfer. If you come get the lot yourself, will take 10 mill off. If someone on the home shard wins (Chesapeake) then the price stands. I will do my best to keep bids up to date. There will be no anonymous bids.
