No reserve bidding,But i reserve the right not to sell if price is to low so be honest and bid accordingly, no snipe bidding will be allowed and what i mean by snipe bidding is one person WHO NEVER BIDS AT ALL, & waiting for auction to come near closing time to out bid someone who has been bidding all along.Snipe bidding goes in effect 1 hour prior to closing time. the 10 minute rule is in effect.
the closing time is 7pm eastern Sunday November 27th
just to clarify the closing time to save arguments, auction closes at 7pm last bid time is 6:59 but the 10 minute rule is effective if you were out bid you have 10 minutes to respond...

I have sold many items to several people and im a fair person ... But yet I to would like to think everyone is a fair person and you can ask around to people like Kas, Aekyo and many others who i have sold to im a fair dealer, but like to be respected as well and not taken advantage of...

Is it a safe assumption that if you do not bid at all on any of your items that you can not bid within one hour of closing? Why the concern with snipe bidding if you have a ten minute rule?

well Bear lets say you have the top bid at closing of one of the items and someone who has just been sitting back watching the entire time decides to pop in and out bids you at 6:59 now and you were not on to cover your assets do you think its fair for someone to sit and watch an auction and steal it from you i think not as you had this problem on here once already now you arguing same issues on my auction.. its plan and simple there is NO new bidders allowed prior to the last hour of this auction all those who have bid during the auction can still bid and the 10 minute rule is in effect if your bids are beaten at closing time

The last thing I want to do is high jack your auction so I will simply comment this last time and leave it at that. First off I am not arguing or trying to start a debate on your auction. The one thing I learned last week was that this is a forum and not an auction site so there are no set rules that can be enforced regarding auctions. It's your auction run it anyway you want. Now I will answer your question.. I do think it's fair for someone to try to get an item in the last minute. I believe it takes more effort to watch an item, note the end time, schedule accordingly so you can be available to access the site and then bid at an exact time to try to save a few million gold on an item. Not all of us have billions of gold so I don't see the harm in trying to save some gold by trying to snipe an auction. You have multi billionaires on here that can throw out bids and outbid you every step of the way. The only real shot for someone like me is to hope they are not around at the close of an auction and you are able to get the item at a reasonable price. You view this as stealing, I don't.

I will add that I visit your auction house at least three times a week because you have some of the best prices in UO.

Aeyko come and get the #4 gorget for 50mil im closing this Auction down i really dont need the headaches and stress i come on the game to unwind relax and enjoy a lil of my disability to forget some of my everyday pains not to get into a heated discussion on how someone would think how something should be run...
and exactly my vendors are below average for what i carry on them everyone gets a great deal everyday so i come on stractics to try and make for some of my losses on vendors, but instead of running a auction im running a discussion session lets take bids on who can type the most ridicals on one or the other
