The time has come for me to auction off my 2 plots. I simply do not play the game much anymore and its time for me to pass these prime spots off to another avid lover of this game! You can bid in plat form and we can work it out from there. Bids will be in 1 plat minimum increments and then there will be a 2 minute extension per bid to avoid sniping. No maximum bid rule but must bid at least 1 plat higher than max bid.
There is a reserve for these so they will have to meet the reserve before I let them go. I hope everyone enjoys the auction and I will transfer both homes to the winner once payment is received. Proxy bids allowed ONLY through me for the bidders not on stratics.
