I just condemned my house (Not the one by Destard). I've finally finished packing and storing what I wanted to keep. Everything else is locked down in containers inside the condemned place. When it falls it's all up for grabs. The cords are 102o 45'N by 39o 35'E in tram. A few screens south west of Wrong. Enjoy!!
