I'm searching for a player by the name of Clay Digland, who owns a large house plot along the eastern Destard mountain range in Trammel.

If you're reading this, I would like to put up a bid for your house, as it's in an area I would like to make into a player town. I've never seen you on, nor does your character's name show on any search, so this is a shot in the dark.

The town's name is still to be announced, as I'm toying with different ones at the moment, but we currently have a public craft loft, stables and treasure hunter hall (recently built, but will house a complete rune library and public supplies). Where the house in question is is where I hope to have a Town Hall & garden.

I'm curious as to more precisely you plan to establish a player town as I have housing in the area.

Right at the moment the town has a public craft loft (in which i store armor containers set to co-owner to help people put suits together and will soon have a public commodity deed box), a stable, a treasure hunter hall (still under construction). The large home I'm looking to buy will be the townhall, where we'll hold parties for birthdays, holidays, and begin possible community hunts.

Right now the town is based in a clearing near the end of the river that runs alongside the mountain, but that's just what will be the town square. I'm hoping that as time goes on, the city will grow in popularity and people will begin opening small shops in the open, more narrow strips of land just south of the clearing, creating something of a business district that will lead into the heart of the city.

I had even though so far ahead as to create a small outpost tower just NE of the town in another small clearing (13x13) for roleplay possibilities with the town.

That's just some of what I've got down right now as far as plans. I haven't really said much about it, as everything is still sort of scattered and in the planning stages.
