I don't understand, the healing is higher then 100? I thought 100 was the cap on healing for any Cu Sidhe.
Cu sidhe can not rez players except in very unusual circumstances where the bandage is applied while the player is alive but completes after death. The same thing can happen with a warrior, causing the player to 'self-rez', but it's a rare accident.
The Developers stated at the time that Cu Sidhe were not given the ability to resurrect.
