As far as i know isn't this plate not really very rare? I see them selling for like 100k on Europa quite often. They are the ones from the anniversary bags arn't they?

The plate is an item you could get in Brit and Vesper in '99 for second anniversary. As for rarity there used to be thousands. I personally threw several away over the years. There are still quite a bit of them though I'd guess.
