Atlantic or Catskills - Buying High End Xbow or Heavy xbow

I'm looking to buy a high end crossbow or heavy crossbow on Atlantic or Catskills (or Pacific).

Ideally it would be high in HML, HSL, HLD, SSI and DI. Exact stats are negotiable.
